• Follow up and monitoring of technical issues on PMT and AAT.
• Ensure targets are met for the BU with respect to any targets set down or deadlines set.
• The ability to find solutions to current issues which don’t need high level escalation but need a pro-active approach. This does involve moving into different spaces within Standard Bank and engaging on various levels get the relevant information before informing management of the issue and presenting possible solutions to them.
