Summary


I have graduated with a National Diploma in 1996 and have been actively employed as a Quantity Surveyor since then.
I have worked for more than 20_yrs in the construction field, 8_years of which were with a well reputable Civils and Building Construction Co. in the United Arab Emirates. I have worked in both civil and building projects as a Site Quantity Surveyor with this company all as shown on my attached CV.
The remaining +/-12 were spent in PrQS’ offices where I gained vast experience with regards Construction works. During my stay with these PrQS’, I gained experience in Bills of Quantities production,tender adjudication,assessment of project variations,valuation of works in progress,negotiating and agreeing rates applicable for evaluation of project variations,site remeasurements for preparation of Final Accounts and many more.
I currently hold a valid passport and a work permit to work for any employer in SA. I am also an associate member of The Association of South African Quantity Surveyors.I am available to start work immediately.
