Cape Town, Western Cape - Financial company is urgently looking for a Financial Administrator that will primarily assist the Operations Manager with implementation, execution, administration and co-ordination of tasks related to the financial and administrative areas of the learning programs offered. Requirements: Clear ITC and criminal record Matric essential 2 years financial and administration experience is essential MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY Duties: Perform general administrative duties relating to the admissions cycle, i.e type documents and correspondence including emails. Monitor incoming emails and respond of forward as required.

Assist with financial administrative tasks . Match payments to invoices. Raising invoices on accounting system.

Updating internal documents with financial information to ensure the efficiency of the financial cycle. Credit control duties including managing collections for overdue invoices Support and request for general information. Please forward your CV if you meet all the requirements.
