Cape Town, Western Cape - One of Cape Town’s most progressive restaurant groups, operating very stylish and trendy outlets throughout town, is in need of an innovative Sous Chef with a minimum of 1 years’ chef’s background with experience in supporting the Head Chef in busy shifts for a restaurant larger than 200-pax. Our client owns other well-known F&B outlets in Cape Town and can offer excellent career prospects. THE IDEAL INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE Completed a formal chef’s apprenticeship, followed by 2-3 years solid cooking experience a senior position for the past 2 years already.
