Key Performance Area: Sales forecast Clients & Business portfolio upgrade Customer Service & Relationships Competitors environment Payables supervision Product knowledge Main Accountabilities Maintain relationships with existing customers.Representing the company at all major Interior Designers & Architects through periodical visits to present all company's products. Seek new ways for the company to be present outside its own retail stores; Meet with new Interiors Designers that are not mentioned in the company's pre-existing list, new VIP clients who have new homes in the country, new Hotels & contracting companies, through distribution of catalogues, visits, phone calls, in order to increase the Projects Sales of the company.
Responsible for providing quotations, proforma invoices, ordering samples & animations, catalogues … Follow up inside the stores for projects requiring ready goods for some parts of the project or the whole project; coordinate with the retail sales team. Do PR with all potential clients in order to strengthen the relationships & open new opportunities. Responsible for clients' accounts closing Manage costs of all factors related to the outdoor operation (fuel, phone, samples…) Requirements Performance Measures / Success criteria/KPI Sales objective met Clients visits & portfolio maintained & developed according to forecast Reports (sales, meetings, clients, market…) clear & coherent Marketing activities developed & efficient Follow up on projects execution & closing.
Efficient clients' accounts closing Educational Requirements BA in business with 4-6 years experience in sales Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience: 5 years of Sales experience with at least 2 years as Sales Manager Carpets and furniture knowledge Proficient in foreign language Competencies Required Integrity Customer Focus & communication skills Creativity Stress management Detailed oriented Reporting skills Flexibility and adaptability Problem solving Results oriented Communications Liaise with customers, top management… Key Risk areas Absence of client retention and decrease in sales.
