Midrand, Johannesburg - Have you completed your qualifications and are looking for a place to start your career in IT? Cosoft is looking for a vibrant individual to join us in a paid internship in our team of support professionals and to assist us with remotely and telephonically troubleshooting faults, supporting software and advising end users.You will be working out of our Midrand office.We're looking for an organised person with good spoken and written English abilities.

The position is available immediately. Requirements and desired skills: -A+ or equivalent computer qualification -Thorough knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking. -Excellent communication skills.

-Problem solving skills -Friendly telephone manner -Punctual and organised -Willing to work shifts and weekends (sometimes including public holidays). -Driver's licence and own transport is preffered. -Traceable references.

Renumeration: R5500 p/m for the duration on the internship contract (1 year, non negotiable).This contact may be upgraded to a permanent position at the end of its term if you meet performance goals.
