Sandton, Johannesburg - Accsys is a leading South African software company specialising in People Management Solutions.Accsys is looking for a HR Administrative Intern to be based in the Head Office. The incumbent must be able to produce following outputs: Full recruitment function for internal and external appointments Advertise positions as required Search and shortlist suitable candidates to present to recruiting managers.
Co-ordinate and participate in candidate interviews. Conduct reference and associated MIE checks for shortlisted candidates. Inform candidates about the results of their interviews Create new employee files with all the required documentation, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework (law, internal procedures, internal policies) Workman’s compensation – complete and submit all injuries on duty cases online.
Assist with provident queries, new joiners and withdrawals. Assist with medical aid queries, new joiners and withdrawals. Ensure manager leave signoffs are submitted and filed timeously.
Assist with BBBEEE Skills Development and Employment Equity related tasks. Support HR projects and initiatives. Maintain training records and update the Module monthly.
